OUR PROCESS
STEP 1: DISCOVERY
Let’s get to know each other and hash out the scope of the project. What does your dream home look like?
STEP 2: DESIGN
Once you’ve seen and approved the project drawings, we’ll estimate the project cost and build a schedule that works for you.
STEP 3: PERMIT
Once the planning of the project is approved we’ll handle submitting everything to the city for permitting.
STEP 4: EXECUTION
Here we go! Your dream home awaits. The Cadence team will execute your project, keeping an open line of communication with you at all times.

Cost’s can vary a lot. Without context it’s impossible to give a price BUT that’s why we offer no-cost, no-commitment consultations to give you all the info you need to make an informed decision.

It might be easier to list what experience we don’t have! Adrian is a second-generation North Shore builder. Matthew was formerly the CEO of a different Vancouver building company. Together, they have 30 years of experience, completing dozens of home builds.
